heavenly moments at the grand resort
really good air convenient station relaxed traffic
the air quality was really good i found. the monorail station is conveniently located directly in the basement of the hotel i noticed. traffic felt relaxed with the hotel's location at the end of the strip and a directly connected parking garage i used. this garage has fair pricing i thought.

entertainment option hakkasan nightclub great convenience
i found many entertainment options within the resort. i did not need to leave the hotel to have fun. hakkasan nightclub was a highlight! i enjoyed the convenience.
the mini fridge lacked space. i could not store my own beverages and snacks. any movement of items triggered a charge.

The room had nice decoration. it was on the ground floor in a secluded section. I couldn't hear the casino. there were nice food options. the pool was nice. It was a little busy. i appreciated the digital checkout process. It was amazing. i accessed the monorail right from the building. It was fantastic.
there were no usb charging ports in the room, inconvenient.

The staff was friendly. i had an emergency. I needed my laptop charging table from my booth inside the convention center. bridgette mau in security was amazing and allowed me to get my charging cable. She saved my life.

I liked the proximity to everything. It's very easy to reach other hotels. the shops and restaurants within the hotel were convenient. the casino felt clean and well kept. the security measures for hotel guests gave me added peace of mind.

The monorail access from the hotel makes travelling quite convenient. It provides direct access to the sahara. great shops and a variety of restaurants are located inside the hotel. it all makes things very accessible.

Every staff member i encountered was polite. I found them helpful from the front desk to the concierge. the dealers at the casino are really friendly and helpful. They are a valuable resource for learning new games and understanding the rules.

The hotel location offers easy access to the strip. The room had a great layout (especially the closet space!). I was happy to find several dining options within the hotel.
The noise level from nearby rooms was noticeable at times during the evening.

Fantastic Stay at a Lively Spot!
clean hotel gaming facilities great location
I loved that the hotel was super clean and very clean! There were so many different options, including gaming facilities, shops, bars, and restaurants. The pool area looked AMAZING and the location was great!
I wish each room had a fridge and a microwave for added convenience.
